It is very clean and well decorated with a cozy atmosphere. It is spacious with plenty of room to feel comfortable and not crowded in. I ordered the steak and chicken fajitas. The food was delicious. I especially love the salsa. It is one of the best salsas I have eaten. The staff was friendly and professional.
This is a new building that's decorated lovely inside. The food is definitely some of the better Mexican in the area. The service was also iffy in the beginning; I've had several incorrect orders and ignored requests from certain servers, which is frustrating. Over time this had improved significantly but ever now and then there a server who is not very good. I tried a Puff Taco since that's one of my favorites at El Paso in Foley. It was basically the same here, with a very slightly spicy chili con carne and good seasoned ground beef. I also had some guacamole and it was fantastic: not too chunky, not too smooth and just a hint of sweetness. I also snuck a few bites off another plate, trying the grilled chicken and steak and both were very good. The flank steak was really tender (for the most part) and had a wonderful grilled flavor. Sweet tea was good and strong. Right now my biggest complaint besides the hit -or-miss service is the noise level. It's extremely loud inside because there's no sound dampening. It's especially bad when they have live music. I've also found some unclean salsa bowls on multiple visits. Parking is limited and the lot is pretty awkward, too. Still, though, this should easily become a hotspot in Robertsdale once they work out the kinks.
One of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to, including Arizona and Southern California. Haven't had Mexican food taste anywhere close to this good since living in the southwest. Alejandra, our server was very knowledgeable, helpful and generous. Great atmosphere and food. We came with a party of 12 right before they closed and they made us feel welcomed and not rushed. This is a top notch place for great food and fun. Lots of large tv's in the bar area for great sports watching. Don't miss this jewel if you're in the area (it's definitely worth the travel to experience this).
Most of the food was good, I had the Chili relleno , kinda tough and not seeded, too hot. The kids enjoyed their tacos, strawberry daiquiri was very good and the entertainment was great!!
